2020 was quite a challenging year at MGEMS Marketing. There was a downward shift of businesses when COVID19 hit. Our employees stayed with the company and were given enough training amidst the pandemic which will allow us to better serve customers for years to come.

We stood alongside each other and continued to build on our enriching workplace that honors employees’ work ethics. What is the program all about?
This year, the company is launching its first employee appreciation program which is “Work-Life Balance Employee Recognition Program”. The company will choose their TOP VAs and will be given the opportunity to travel and train onsite at Montserrat for 1 month. The program starts on July 15, 2022. All expenses paid by MGEMS to thank their top performer employees for staying in the company amidst pandemic. As MGEMS Marketing is committed to train and provide virtual assistants skills to help grow brands and businesses globally.

What do our VAs get from the program?
  • Benefit: Each VA needs to render eight hours per day for three weeks training. The purpose of the training is for career development of the Virtual Assistants through gaining more knowledge and skills in social media marketing, digital marketing and marketing analytics.
  • ​Top Performer VA will be given awards: First prize will be a laptop, Second prize is a headset, Third price will be a $100 gift card
  • ​The 4th week is allotted for adventure time. The VAs get the chance to experience the beauty of Montserrat
Program Inclusions
Week 1: Social Media Marketing Training
Objective: By the end of the course, trainees will know how to implement a successful content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Youtube
Week 2: Digital Marketing Training
Objective: By the end of the course, trainees will be able to understand multiple web design frameworks, determine appropriate KPI and implement online reputation management tactics to improve the online reputation of a brand
Week 3: Marketing Analytics Training
Objective: By the end of the course, trainees will be able to apply practical tools and technique of marketing analytics
Week 4: Awarding of employees: Adventure time
Objective: Culmination of the Work-Life Balance Employee Recognition Program
